2 Account Registration & Eligibility

• Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. You must not allow anyone else to access your account.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposits and withdrawals on vvk8 are available via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in BDT. Account balances are typically updated within 15–30 minutes of a deposit.

• A minimum deposit amount applies — check the platform for the current limit.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 10–30 minutes.
• Your identity and payment method may be verified before a withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit — no exceptions.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

• All bonuses are subject to minimum wagering requirements — typically 10–30x the deposit plus bonus amount.
• Withdrawing before the wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus being forfeited.

5 Gaming Rules & Betting Terms

• If a technical fault affects a game outcome, vvk8 may void that round and refund the wager.

6 Prohibited Activities & Account Termination
